3.2 Broker Responsibilities

Licensed brokers using our services agree to:

  • Maintain current licensing and comply with all applicable insurance regulations
  • Provide accurate information in all submissions and communications
  • Represent our products accurately to their clients
  • Follow our underwriting guidelines and submission requirements

3.3 Network Membership

Membership in our broker network is by invitation and approval only. We reserve the right to accept or decline broker applications at our discretion.

4. Use License and Website Access

4.1 Permitted Use

We act as the exclusive MGA for Cedar Insurance under binding authority agreements. All policies are issued by Cedar Insurance, not Golden Gate Insurance.

We may engage third-party service providers for various business functions, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security requirements.

13. Termination

13.1 Broker Relationships

We may terminate broker relationships at any time with appropriate notice. Termination does not affect existing policies in force.
